RING 47 WAS FOUNDED JANUARY 1946
Incorporated by the State of Kansas 1963
During the latter part of 1945 the organization of
Ring 47 was started. The Charter was issued in January of 1946; the Wizards were
incorporated by the State of Kansas in January, 1960. In November of 1960 the name of
"Wizards of Wichita" was adopted.
Ring 47 was the first magic club to receive the
Ring Quality Award
from the International Brotherhood of Magicians!
